The remaining sales come from Bob Evans's food products operations. The company produces and distributes fresh, smoked, and fully cooked pork sausage and ham products under the Bob Evans, Owens Country Sausage, and Country Creek Farm brands, as well as a variety of other complementary food items sold in the refrigerated and frozen sections of grocery stores. Apple Cranberry Crisp

Apple Cranberry Crisp
Bob Evans Recipe

Serves 4-6

1 package Bob Evans Sliced Glazed Apples (20 oz)
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1/3 cup uncooked oats
1/3 cup brown sugar
3 tablespoons flour
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
3 tablespoons cold butter

Preheat oven to 375F. Combine apples and cranberries. Spoon into a greased 9-inch pie pan. In small bowl, combine oats, brown sugar, flour and cinnamon. Cut in butter with a pastry blender until mixture resembles small crumbs. Sprinkle over apples. Bake crisp for 25 to 30 minutes or until topping is brown and bubbling around edges.
