The remaining sales come from Bob Evans's food products operations. The company produces and distributes fresh, smoked, and fully cooked pork sausage and ham products under the Bob Evans, Owens Country Sausage, and Country Creek Farm brands, as well as a variety of other complementary food items sold in the refrigerated and frozen sections of grocery stores. Mediterranean Pasta Salad

Mediterranean Pasta Salad
Bob Evans Recipe

Serves 6-8

1 package Bob Evans pre-cooked Bacon (2.1 oz)
8 ounces bow tie pasta
1/2 cup sun-dried tomato salad dressing (You can also use Italian or Greek-style dressing)
8 ounces fresh mozzarella, cut into small cubes
1 cup cherry tomatoes, cut in half
1/3 cup kalamata olives, chopped
4 sun-dried tomatoes in oil, drained and chopped

Microwave bacon according to package directions. Cool slightly and then chop. Meanwhile cook pasta according to package directions and drain. In a large serving bowl, combine all ingredients and stir well. Serve warm.
