SAUSAGE SLIDERS
Bob Evans Recipe

1 pkg 12 oz. Bob Evans Original Patties
8 mini slider buns
1/2 cup Bob Evans Wildfire BBQ Sauce
1 cup prepared coleslaw

In skillet over medium heat, cook sausage patties until browned and cooked through. Place on buns. Top with BBQ sauce and prepared coleslaw.

VARIATIONS

  • Buffalo Sliders:  1/2 cup sour cream mixed with 2 tablespoons hot sauce, sliced red onion and crumbled blue cheese 
  • Pizza Sliders:  1/4 cup marinara sauce and sliced mozzarella cheese 
  • Tex-Mex Sliders:  1/2 cup salsa, 1 avocado sliced and sliced pepperjack cheese
