The remaining sales come from Bob Evans's food products operations. The company produces and distributes fresh, smoked, and fully cooked pork sausage and ham products under the Bob Evans, Owens Country Sausage, and Country Creek Farm brands, as well as a variety of other complementary food items sold in the refrigerated and frozen sections of grocery stores. Sausage Sliders

Bob Evans Recipe

1 pkg 12 oz. Bob Evans Original Patties
8 mini slider buns
1/2 cup Bob Evans Wildfire BBQ Sauce
1 cup prepared coleslaw

In skillet over medium heat, cook sausage patties until browned and cooked through. Place on buns. Top with BBQ sauce and prepared coleslaw.


  • Buffalo Sliders:  1/2 cup sour cream mixed with 2 tablespoons hot sauce, sliced red onion and crumbled blue cheese 
  • Pizza Sliders:  1/4 cup marinara sauce and sliced mozzarella cheese 
  • Tex-Mex Sliders:  1/2 cup salsa, 1 avocado sliced and sliced pepperjack cheese
